Ed & Ana’s Catering

Wow your guests with our fantastic food. We have over twenty years experience in the catering trade, cooking in Mallorca, Morocco and Ecuador. We bring big flavours to our vibrant and colourful dishes, specialising in simple recipes with quality ingredients, sourcing locally from producers across the Isle of Wight.

We have brought our international skills to the island, where they've been honed at much loved restaurants like The Priory Oyster, Cafe Maya in Bembridge and Ruby's in Seaview. We have hosted many private events and regularly cater for up to two hundred guests.

You can expect delightful service, bespoke catering and an experience you'll be sure to never forget.

All our big pan dishes come with two additional sides of your choice.

  • Wild Mushroom £16 per head
    Wild mushrooms and boneless chicken thighs, cooked in a rich brandy cream sauce.
  • Beef Bourguignon £20 per head
    Island beef cooked long and slow with red wine, whole shallots and button mushrooms.
  • Seafood Paella £20 per head
    Cod, prawns, mussels and calamari cooked in the traditional Spanish way, with bomba rice.
  • Mixed Paella £18.50 per head
    Chicken, chorizo, peppers, calamari, prawns, mussels.
  • Meat Paella £18.50 per head
    Chicken, chorizo, peppers.
  • Beef Chili Con Carné £18.50 per head
    Cooked with roasted peppers, infused with dark chocolate and coffee.
  • Thai Green Curry
    Served with jasmine rice. Prawn: £15 per head, Chicken: £12.50 per head.
  • Chicken Fajitas £16.50 per head
    Tender pieces of chicken stir-fried with peppers in a cajun spice, served with flat breads, hummus and salsa.
  • Vegetarian pans available £15.50 per head.

BBQ Grill

  • Island Fillet £25 per head
    Cooked to your preference, served with three sides of your choice and a selection of sauces: béarnaise, peppercorn, garlic butter and jus.
  • Gourmet Burgers and Sausages £17 per head
    8oz Island beef in brioche bun, smoked applewood cheese, bacon served with a sausage on the side and three sides of your choice.
  • Moroccan BBQ £22.50 per head
    One each of: Moroccan spiced chicken · Garlic and mint lamb · Salmon and sweet chilli. All kebabs served with couscous salad, hummus, marinaded tomatoes, green salad, yoghurt sauce and flatbreads.
  • Vegetarian BBQ £16.50 per head.
    Veggie kebabs, burgers and grilled halloumi.
  • Sides

  • £2.50 range: IOW Mermaids gin cured Gravadlax blinis served with faux caviar & sour cream · Carpaccio of Kemphill Beef served with crostini, capers & parmesan shavings · King prawns wrapped in streaky bacon drizzled with garlic butter & herbs (hot) · IOW crab & spring onion croustades served with dill & paprika.

Please note we ask for a 50% deposit for all bookings. The final balance to be settled on the day of the event.
